Job Summary

Lead Site Reliability Engineering for production systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Implement and track SLIs/SLOs to meet uptime and performance targets, build automation and CI/CD pipelines, and manage cloud workloads across Azure and GCP. Improve observability with logging, metrics, and tracing, and participate in on-call incident response and postmortems. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed reliability practices early, including support for operationalizing AI/ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and monitor SLIs/SLOs to ensure uptime and performance targets are met.
•Develop automation scripts and pipelines for CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring.
•Manage and optimize workloads across Azure and GCP.
•Enhance observability with logging, metrics, and tracing for proactive issue detection and resolution.
•Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct postmortems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•9-12 years in software engineering, operations, or SRE roles with hands-on experience in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
•Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, plus experience with cloud services (Azure preferred).
•Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), plus programming skills in Python or Go.
