Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, turning manual financial workflows into scalable automation. Own end-to-end development of AI-powered assistants, agents, and workflow automation across support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, and internal tools. Integrate LLMs with product data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases, while designing evaluation, monitoring, and safe fallback flows. Prototype with users, then productionize what works.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgement on when AI should be used versus rule-based systems or human review.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
