  • •Prioritize and drive multiple HR initiatives, including employee engagement, training and development, and performance management.
  • •Lead the annual Talent Review process, advise on organizational design and workforce planning, and partner with COEs to improve HR systems and procedures while delivering insights from HR data.

Key Requirements

  • •6-9 years of progressive HR generalist experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR or MBA preferred.

  • •Strong analytical abilities, including interpreting HR data; familiarity with basic financial metrics such as SGA and OCOS is a plus.
