Job Summary

Advise merchants and internal/external teams within Global Merchant & Network Services to drive merchant acquisition, client management, and strategic alliances. •Provide professional consulting for merchant acceptance rollouts for Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) sales channels and teams, especially Merchant Acquisition, Client Management, Strategic Alliances, and their merchants.
•Proactively manage and maintain relationships with external partners.
•Monitor relevant market trends and the impact of new technologies on American Express, and develop business cases for new card acceptance solutions.
•Conduct business and requirements analyses aligned to team or project needs.
•Implement products and services with merchants and partners and manage projects on local market and European level for technical rollout and delivery.

•Excellent written and verbal communication, with a confident, professional presence with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage project tasks, including creation of project documentation, status reports, and management updates.
