Key Responsibilities

  • •Hold responsibility for construction supervision projects.
  • •Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects.
  • •Provide façade consultancy services and develop façade design solutions across project stages.

  • •Mentor junior engineers and support site-based technical services including inspections and compliance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or equivalent, with Façade Engineering MSc preferred.
  • •3–5 years of minimum experience.
  • •Preferred façade design and engineering experience.
  • •Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, industry standards and guidance.
  • •Experience with façade analysis tools (advantage).
