Key Responsibilities

•Shape and own the payments product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights and business impact
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and scale the product post-MVP while balancing long-term strategy with near-term blockers
•Explain and defend initiatives using real business value, data, and critical thinking to stakeholders
•Make decisions in ambiguous contexts to align on quarterly priorities and drive execution
•Act as an autonomous product owner driving processes and coordinating with teams around the product area

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Growth Product Manager or similar (IT)
•Experience influencing key business metrics with portfolio-worthy cases impacting P&L or growth indicators
•Experience with mature products and scaling post-MVP stages
•Top-tier prioritization skills; ability to build a backlog based on real business and user needs
•Data-driven approach; ability to operate with cohort analysis and analytics to inform decisions
