Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for each day by ensuring proper supplies and PPE are available for patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access the schedule, travel to patient homes, and coordinate care.
  • •Build warm connections with patients, collect relevant information, and perform requested services.
  • •Provide patient-centric diagnostic and low-acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label and manage samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
  • •Ability to work independently, travel to patient homes reliably, and physically access/navigate homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
