Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver structured products advisory and solutioning for Private Banking and Premier clients, aligning structures to objectives.
  • •Partner with RMs/ICs/CSEs to originate, price, and execute structured products and OTC options across asset classes.
  • •Drive structured product development and lifecycle management, including idea generation, approvals, launch readiness, monitoring, and enhancements/retirements.
  • •Maintain governance and risk discipline across the product lifecycle, ensuring suitability and high-quality documentation in line with regulatory/internal requirements.
  • •Support execution and controls by ensuring accurate booking/confirmations, audit trail completeness, and timely escalation of issues; collaborate to improve platforms/workflows and provide training/deal coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in structured products and/or derivatives (sales, advisory, structuring, trading or product management) across asset classes.
  • •Strong understanding of product governance, suitability, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements for a regulated, client-facing role.
  • •Ability to translate client objectives into appropriate structures and clearly articulate risk/return trade-offs.
  • •Strong market knowledge and capability to provide actionable insights, trade rationales, and investment commentary.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, partnering effectively with Frontline, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
