Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead internal product development by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and engineering to identify bottlenecks and design high-leverage tools.
  • •Architect and scale the internal tool ecosystem (Scout) across the full stack, integrating React, NestJS, and complex data systems into a unified experience.
  • •Accelerate delivery by integrating AI natively into daily development workflows to write, review, and ship production code.
  • •Turn ambiguous business needs into impact by scoping requirements, designing solutions, and shipping end-to-end.
  • •Weave together UI, backend services, and data integrations to support operational tooling and broader platform architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff-level full-stack engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • •Experience building scalable backend services (NestJS preferred) and designing robust GraphQL APIs with code-first resolvers.
  • •Strong database fundamentals using ORMs (Sequelize) with PostgreSQL, plus integration testing against real databases.
  • •Comfort operating in a modern DevOps environment with feature flags, rigorous testing, and solid observability.
