Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to establish accurate, effective plans for scope of work.
  • •Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules based on customer requirements to ensure cost and schedule integration.
  • •Analyze critical path, schedule risk integration, IMS structure, and schedule metrics; review IMS work for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Understand and recommend alternative/supplemental program management plans/artifacts (HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow) to support planning and execution.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics and conduct schedule risk analysis with integration into risk management, mentoring and training junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Ability to understand the program solution and integrate it into the IMS baseline plan, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical requirements are fully integrated.
