Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.
  • •Design intuitive, polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of the Design System.
  • •Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Use AI tools and Claude Code for research, problem exploration, and rapid prototyping to accelerate product development.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
  • •Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.
  • •Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.
  • •Strong product thinking, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
