Job Summary

Own end-to-end UX/UI design for complex, data-rich product features, guiding work from research and discovery through prototyping and implementation. Create intuitive, polished user experiences and help evolve the company’s Design System. Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle, using AI tools and Claude Code for faster research and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.
•Design intuitive, polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of the Design System.
•Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
•Use AI tools and Claude Code for research, problem exploration, and rapid prototyping to accelerate product development.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
•Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.
•Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.
•Strong product thinking, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
