Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business functions to understand core challenges and workflows.
  • •Implement F5’s AI transformation strategy within business units and act as an advisor on how AI can accelerate organizational goals.
  • •Translate business needs into prioritized agentic use cases and own the backlog, balancing impact with technical feasibility.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and core AI platform teams to deliver AI solutions iteratively and drive adoption across the enterprise.
  • •Define KPIs, track measurable business value, and ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and cost-management standards.

Salary: USD 162,800 - 244,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, preferably for internal tools, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • •Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and how they apply to business operations (Sales, Marketing, CS).
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • •Proven ability to operate in Agile environments, manage backlogs, and deliver iterative value.
