Join the Fleet Maintenance team as an experienced Diesel Technician for Carvana’s Class 8 day cab and trailer fleet under manufacturer warranty. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs; use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission issues; service aftertreatment systems and complete regens. Maintain accurate records and prioritize DOT-compliant safety while minimizing downtime and supporting vehicle uptime.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on the Class 8 fleet.
•Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools/software.
•Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
•Collaborate to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime.
•Follow safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure DOT compliance.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.

•Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals.
•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, plus the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
