Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately input vehicle information (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, and options) into AS400 using a handheld portable terminal or headset.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
  • •Flag “no key” vehicles, direct transporters to the proper car drop zone, and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and provide sale identification windshield code for the registration/check-in driving process.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, model safety behaviors, and assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction sales lanes as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred, or less than 2 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic computer skills to enter vehicle information.
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 1–15 pounds and performing frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and climbing.
  • •Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
