Pre-Approval Specialist

Provide exceptional customer service while processing borrower documents for initial loan approval. Obtain and verify required documentation, confirm vendor orders and invoices, and ensure loan files are complete and accurate before submitting to underwriting. Communicate with borrowers, third-party vendors, and/or loan officers to meet SLA turn times, manage a document processing pipeline, and log all communication in the conversation record.
