Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple countries, ensuring timely processing and collections.
  • •Execute payment processing and financial administrative tasks while maintaining complete transaction records.
  • •Monitor and analyze account aging reports to support cash flow management for international operations.
  • •Organize and archive financial documentation and reconcile internal accounting records with statutory accounts.
  • •Coordinate with external accounting firms on compliance, information exchange, invoicing, and resolving billing queries; support month-end closing for group reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Ideally 2 years of accounting experience with core accounting functions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on ERP experience, preferably QuickBooks or Xero.
  • •Strong Spanish and English communication for professional settings.
  • •Knowledge of VAT regulations and familiarity with Spanish GAAP (PGC) or IFRS standards.
