•Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service, including processing deposits and cashing checks.
•Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Conduct consultative conversations to identify client needs, recommend products/services, and cross-sell or refer to bank partners to generate new business.
•Research and resolve problems and respond to client inquiries on account status while delivering consistently excellent client experiences.
•Assist banking center associates and management with daily operations and on-the-job training, and support compliance with current guidelines and internal controls.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as a Teller preferred.

•Ability to open and process new demand and time deposit accounts, including IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
