Job Summary

Drive end-to-end partnerships in Romania by recruiting and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), affiliates, VIP traders, and trading/crypto communities. Use deep crypto and trading industry knowledge to develop strategies that increase trading volume, acquire users, and promote active transactions via affiliate channels. Build strong relationships, run competitor analysis, support collaboration with the product team, and expand cooperation with partners locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

•Expand partnerships in Romania from a to z by growing the network of KOLs and affiliates.
•Recruit and attract new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities/influencers to enhance the network.
•Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, including content creation, increased trading volume, user acquisition, and active transactions.
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and affiliates to align their strategies with business objectives.
•Collaborate with the product team using market insights, and perform competitor analysis to refine strategies and capitalize on market gaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
•Fluency in English and Romanian.
•Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance, or trading industry, especially in Romania.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with a goal-oriented, target-exceeding mindset.
