Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and HVAC systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC units in a commercial environment.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications and hand tools, plus cutting-edge software/technology, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, and support overtime/weekend work as required (including occasional overnight stays).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification required.
