Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee skilled trade workers in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at a poultry processing site. Lead painting, structural repairs, electrical and HVAC maintenance, and preventative programs. Schedule work, assign tasks, enforce policies, provide training, and ensure minimal downtime while coordinating with other maintenance and production teams.
