Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed structural analyses and design per design basis, specifications, codes/standards, and project procedures.
  • •Lead discipline engineering design and execution for assigned work areas, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget and managing interfaces/deliverables.
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports/procedures, MTOs, specifications, and engineering checks/verification.
  • •Act as project/discpline representative in meetings with project teams, customer discipline lead, certifying authorities, auditors, and third parties.
  • •Supervise and train engineers/designers; when lead engineer, direct engineering computer systems, subcontracts, changes in scope, deliverable control, and progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
  • •15–20 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant performing detail design.
  • •Seasoned structural engineering knowledge with detailed understanding of design techniques and analysis methods.
  • •Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society.
  • •Fluent in English (oral and written) and able to solve complex problems independently.
