Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the vision, roadmap, and deployment strategy for factory automation at the Asheville site.
  • •Lead a team to implement automation for engineered processes, lean pull/changeover, and integration of performance data.
  • •Collaborate with required disciplines to define process capability needs, automation/process control tools, and optimization of data analysis.
  • •Lead and support events to close gaps and optimize automation across manufacturing layout, build, equipment installation, manufacturing execution, data analytics, and related quality activities.
  • •Create, document, and implement training and lead technical maturity and project plans aligned to the automation vision and roadmap, including safety and EH&S requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) with 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Ops, Project Management, Quality, or equivalent; or an Advanced Degree with 8+ years related experience.
  • •10+ years of experience with CAD and/or Production Lifecycle Management (PLM/TeamCenter) software packages.
  • •Proven experience managing complex Industry 4.0, digital transformation, automation, and/or related projects.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts.
