Key Responsibilities

  • •Process financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource for branch teams.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized recommendations; transition clients to a banker when needed.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance cash drawer within guidelines; support internal and external referral centers of influence.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking).
  • •Experience handling cash.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
