Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design through development, deployment, and go-live.
  • •Lead technical discovery and design sessions; translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and client-ready technical documentation.
  • •Provide technical roadmap, architecture, and platform guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 developers; delegate work, review deliverables, and ensure development quality and coding standards.
  • •Drive Agile/Scrum delivery by owning technical plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource management; ensure knowledge transfer and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of consulting/technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • •Proven experience as a Technical Lead/Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • •Hands-on experience building custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, integrations, web services, and data migration.
  • •Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge including platform limitations, governor limits, APIs, security, data, and integration patterns.
  • •Experience leading technical design sessions, delivering complex Salesforce solutions/integrations, and producing technical documentation.
