Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities via referrals.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
