Key Responsibilities

•Define a holistic brand identity and create a unified yet locally resonant brand vision across 17 markets for foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti.
•Own the overarching media strategy, planning, and execution to maximize reach and frequency across regions.
•Lead brand research initiatives to monitor brand health and derive actionable consumer insights for Europe, Turkey, and APAC.
•Manage and inspire a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate agency partners to bring the corporate brand to life.
•Oversee extensive budget planning, allocation, and monitoring to maximize business impact across all brand and media activities.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in managing multinational consumer brands, brand strategy, content, and cross-functional teams.
•Global & regional acumen with experience across diverse, multi-region landscapes (Europe, Turkey, APAC).
•Deep knowledge of large-scale media strategy, media buying, and translating brand research into actionable creative strategies.
•Strong business acumen with a performance mindset to drive CTR, conversions, and long-term brand equity.
•Creative leadership with the ability to lead discussions from concept through production and localization.
