Key Responsibilities

•Lead the sales cycle from prospecting through discovery and close with founders and senior finance and functional leaders.
•Support the launch and commercial rollout of the wider CFO stack offering, including how Global Accounts and Reconciliation are positioned and sold early on.
•Partner with Product, PMM, CS, RevOps, and Support to drive back-book motion, onboarding, and eligible merchant outreach and upsell.
•Prepare the path to standalone Global Accounts selling by assessing product readiness, defining ICP, supporting pricing and deal structuring, and progressing inbound opportunities.
•Build and own the Global Accounts sales playbook and enablement assets, including sales collateral and demo experience, and track pipeline and outcomes with a controlled pilot mindset.

Key Requirements

•Experience running complex sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders across Finance/Treasury personas.
•Build financial literacy in treasury and FX management and understand solutions for those topics, plus knowledge of a typical CFO stack (e.g., ERP).
•Ability to create and operationalize a sales motion where a playbook doesn’t yet exist, with structured, pragmatic execution.
•Proven cross-functional partnership with Product and PMM to balance revenue goals with product maturity and narrative discipline.
•Comfort defining ICP/qualification criteria, measuring outcomes, and operating with Salesforce and forecasting discipline.
