Job Summary

Own sprint-level delivery for CRM initiatives by translating Product Manager roadmaps into actionable backlog items. Maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements. Partner daily with business and technology teams, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate UAT and training, and embed compliance, data, and platform standards into delivery. Mentor Product Leads to strengthen requirements and execution.

•Own end-to-end process delivery for multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring measurable, high-quality sprint outcomes.
•Write and refine user stories, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria in partnership with Product Leads.
•Manage day-to-day relationships with business and technology partners, serving as the primary point of contact for clarifications and delivery updates.
•Coordinate UAT, training, and change adoption while embedding risk controls, compliance requirements, and data/platform standards into delivery.

•Demonstrated CRM experience; Salesforce experience required.
•Track record owning and delivering against a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.
•Strong requirements writing and stakeholder management skills, including ability to produce clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
