Supervisor Maintenance Shift - Residential

Lead a shift team of electrical maintainers providing maintenance to fixed plant assets at Cape Lambert. You’ll coach and develop team members, ensure statutory testing and maintenance are completed and recorded, manage day-to-day maintenance through SAP, and drive continuous improvement to optimize plant performance. Reporting to the Superintendent Electrical, this residential role runs on a 5/5/4 roster and supports a safety-first environment.
