Job Summary

Support the analytics team by running and coordinating the wholesale credit risk stress testing lifecycle, including planning inputs, data preparation, projection support, results production, and review pack submissions. Assist with regulatory stress testing exercises for multiple prudential authorities while performing reasonableness checks and drafting commentary on portfolio drivers. Build dashboards and MI using Tableau/Qlik Sense, and use SAS, SQL, and Python to automate analysis and improve controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the wholesale credit risk stress testing lifecycle, including planning inputs, data preparation, control execution, projection run support, results production, and submission materials.
•Assist with regulatory stress testing exercises for multiple prudential authorities, meeting timelines and governance standards.
•Coordinate inputs with stakeholders (Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Finance, Treasury, Modelling, Regulatory Affairs, Technology) and perform analysis and reasonableness checks on outputs.
•Draft commentary on movements and key drivers (portfolio, sector, geography, rating migration, concentration) and escalate uncertainties/exceptions appropriately.
•Develop MI and dashboards using Tableau and Qlik Sense, and use SAS, SQL, and/or Python to support automation and control improvements.

Key Requirements

•MBA (Finance) or a master’s in economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Accounting with relevant analytics experience.
•4+ years’ analytics experience in banking, including risk modelling, stress testing, forecasting, and product strategy development.
•Hands-on experience developing and deploying financial, statistical, and machine learning models end-to-end.
•Advanced financial modelling and strong numerical aptitude with proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python, PySpark, and Qlik Sense.
•Ability to solve complex business problems using limited or complex data and design feasible solution frameworks.
