Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service and operational support for Treasury Management products and services.
  • •Perform customer setups, prepare and maintain contracts and customer files, and track sales records and product usage.
  • •Resolve problems within assigned authority and follow established policies and procedures.
  • •Assist with written responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate support for audits and examinations.
  • •Process account activity, review reports, prepare correspondence, and handle inquiries by answering phones and directing or referring to the appropriate team.

Key Requirements
