Contracting Project Manager

Lead and manage assigned contracting projects to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Plan and analyze projects, establish schedules and parameters, and review contracts through risk analysis and internal compliance. Coordinate with contractors and owners on scope, budgets, performance, and close-out while maintaining project budgets, cash flow, change orders, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors and staff, oversee work orders and RFQs, and support sales with quotes and proposals.
