Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve production targets.
  • •Safely manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement improvement steps.
  • •Train associates on quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall quality.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
