Key Responsibilities

  • •Study and implement project BOM, configuration, site wiring, and site layout from the Sales team on site.
  • •Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep all project aspects aligned and progressing.
  • •Own commissioning and project handover to the customer, including coordination of handover documents with Sales.
  • •Coordinate vendors, electrical consultants, and PMC’s, conduct project meetings, and ensure execution meets standards, regulations, and Eaton quality guidelines.
  • •Manage project planning and deadlines, handle SAT (including L2/L3/L4 activities), address technical issues, and mitigate project risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics with 3-4 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong electrical/electronics knowledge and understanding of UPS, electric, and data center projects.
  • •End-to-end project execution experience.
  • •Strong documentation skills for project plans, designs, reports, and proper handover of documents.
  • •Excellent customer service/listening, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, including crisis management.
