Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the supervisor to drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity results.
  • •Provide guidance, training, and production-related direction to employees to ensure compliance with safety/quality expectations and 5S.
  • •Provide daily tactical oversight to understand production goals and targets and achieve results.
  • •Lead Tier 1 meetings to share goal results when the supervisor cannot attend.
  • •Familiarize yourself with key systems (DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Vista, AS400), update supervisors on issues, and address production conflicts to maintain team productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered.
  • •Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing people or project teams is preferred.
