Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, coordinate, and monitor electrical building services designs from initial conception to schedule and final completion.
•Supervise and mentor Assistant Engineers and Engineers in day-to-day activities to ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines.
•Contribute to electrical design for multidisciplinary projects and ensure alignment with rail industry standards and lifecycle processes (LUL, GRIP, RIBA).
•Produce or modify CAD drawings using industry-standard CAD systems and BIM workflows (Bentley/ProjectWise) to support 3D MEP modelling.
•Collaborate with project teams to develop and progress projects through early lifecycle stages and client requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
•8-11 years of experience in electrical design
•Chartership with an Engineering Institution
•Proficiency with electrical design standards (BS7671, BS5266)
•Experience in rail environment and knowledge of Network Rail, TfL & LUL standards
