Director, Procurement

Build and lead Carrot’s global procurement function from the ground up—designing sourcing, vendor management, and spend governance processes that scale with rapid growth and IPO readiness. Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Technology, People, and Commercial teams to align vendor spend with financial goals, compliance, and strategic priorities. Own sourcing events, negotiations, KPI/SLAs, procurement policies, and approval workflows, and help select procurement technology to automate requisitions, approvals, and reporting.
