Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate project execution layout to establish an efficient project plan and schedule
•Manage engineers, drafters, and designers on engineering projects and interface directly with the client
•Create and maintain project schedules and budgets; forecast upcoming requirements for resource planning
•Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project meetings to outline deliverables and assign responsibilities
•Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings as necessary

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•Engineer license (multi-state preferred)
•10+ years of post-education experience in engineering and civil design
•English language proficiency (written and spoken) for effective communication
•Experience in overhead High Voltage and Extra High Voltage transmission line design, including route selection and construction bid packages; extensive knowledge of PLS-CADD
