Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and champion stockroom standards and processes
  • •Use metrics and reporting to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
