Private Client Services Manager

Manage affluent consumer and business client relationships and deliver end-to-end service that improves retention. Oversee new account operations, handle client inquiries by phone and email, and act as a subject matter expert in treasury management products. Ensure accurate, timely transaction processing and documentation in compliance with CIP, BSA/AML, OFAC, and other policies, while coordinating with internal teams. Also interview, coach, train, and evaluate employees.
