Key Responsibilities

  • •Take complete ownership of production scheduling for the Falcon production work center, including day-to-day execution and long-term rate needs.
  • •Create and maintain rate-based schedules and define/track build constraints across missions.
  • •Generate and communicate stakeholder scenarios to determine optimal allocation between new and refurbished hardware.
  • •Set, track, and execute daily and weekly goals with production teams while accounting for personnel and equipment constraints and meeting rate targets.
  • •Lead cross-functional work to manage and improve MRP accuracy and reduce scheduling risk, including capacity analysis and root-cause resolution.

Key Requirements
