Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for delivery of diverse, highly complex projects and programmes across energy infrastructure and related sectors.
  • •Lead and manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients, setting strategy and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • •Maintain responsibility for health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility and apply CDM appropriately.
  • •Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating sustainably to meet stakeholder needs.
  • •Coach and mentor others, foster inclusive teamwork, and build long-term trusted advisor relationships through strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure or energy projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • •Demonstrable success and ability to challenge and set strategy in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • •Strong leadership skills with experience managing performance and resources to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM and ability to apply it appropriately across teams to support health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • •Degree-level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject (or equivalent experience) and professional affiliation with APM, ICE, or equivalent.
