Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage client relationships and act as the day-to-day client leader and key contact between the client and account team.
  • •Develop comprehensive integrated communications programs that complement client business objectives and deliver results.
  • •Oversee quality implementation for one or more accounts within time and budget constraints.
  • •Maintain media and journalist relationships and help develop media strategies, pitch letters, and responses to media queries.
  • •Support talent management by coaching and mentoring junior team members, providing on-the-job training, and delegating tasks with clear oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Stay current on clients’ businesses, industries, and competitors to develop strategic integrated communications programs aligned to client objectives.
  • •Provide strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparing materials such as Q&A, key messages, holding statements, and press releases.
  • •Be proactive with new business opportunities and brainstorms, taking ownership of portions of proposals under directors’ guidance.
  • •Coach and mentor junior team members, delegate day-to-day tasks clearly, and oversee quality implementation within timelines.
  • •Record time in Maconomy and support budget/status reporting, including tracking client budgets and invoicing.
