Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide an HBM product through concept, build, NPI, and HVM by facilitating multi-functional life-cycle management.
  • •Create and maintain a detailed development schedule and drive tactical execution from pre-silicon through HVM.
  • •Integrate HBM development across extended HIG and TPG teams, partnering with technology development, build, process, APTD, PE, and manufacturing groups.
  • •Collaborate with PMO to sustain planning and track development status, priorities, and challenges across the broader organization.
  • •Act as a product point of contact by assigning task/issue ownership, consolidating hardware-readiness inputs, and leading development documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering or manufacturing/supply chain related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant technical/manufacturing experience driving multi-functional teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and senior management audiences.
  • •Comfort with data analysis methods and data visualization; ability to communicate data-backed conclusions.
