Job Summary

Drive growth and profitability for Zurich’s Finance & Insurance (F&I) products in the automotive market by prospecting new dealership opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Manage and expand an assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets. Deliver sales presentations in person or via Microsoft Teams, attend industry events, and collaborate with field teams to support seamless implementation of programs and products.

•Prospect and identify new business opportunities for Finance & Insurance products with large automotive dealers, and support P&C product marketing within the territory.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through in-person and virtual communication.
•Manage and grow the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
•Conduct sales presentations in person or via Microsoft Teams.
•Collaborate with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products while strengthening customer relationships.

Salary: USD 65,900 - 107,900 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sales experience (or automotive sales experience) and a bachelor’s degree, or a Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree with 4+ years of sales/automotive experience.
•6+ years of sales or automotive experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
•Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
•Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
•Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products, including ability to analyze financial statements.
