Provide high-level technical product support for Fresh Water Generators across Marine Solutions, supporting customers, sales companies, and central teams with troubleshooting, resolution of complex service issues, and performance audit input. Lead serviceability-focused contributions to EPD and NPD projects, document solutions, publish service bulletins, maintain product documentation, support training with product competence, and assist with repair methods and customer claims.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical product support to customers, sales companies, and central teams for Fresh Water Generators, including troubleshooting and resolving complex service issues.
•Consult and participate in EPD and NPD projects, with a focus on service and serviceability.
•Document solutions for automation and mechanical issues.
•Prepare, publish, and maintain service bulletins and the service bulletin archive; ensure product documents are up to date.
•Support training with product competence and deliver training for employees, business partners, and end-users, including hands-on training of Service Engineers; contribute to repair methods and support customer claims.

Key Requirements

•University degree in mechanical, electrical, marine engineering or similar.
•Expert knowledge of desalination systems and/or heat transfer products.
•At least 5-6 years of experience in a related technical field.
•Good knowledge of vessel engine room, marine water production systems, and energy efficiency.
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
