Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive freight and non-freight vendor deliveries by unloading materials, checking driver documentation (packing slips, bills of lading), and inspecting for damage.
  • •Receive material into MRO Stores inventory by logging into daily log sheets, filing required documentation, and placing items in designated storage locations.
  • •Verify shipment information by comparing identifying details and counts/weights/measures against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
  • •Deliver materials to designated delivery points and ensure receipts are signed per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Provide the MRO Supervisor KPI reports (outbound shipments, stock-outs, deliveries, pickups, backorders, Good Receipts, and Pick Tickets) and follow all document control and compliance guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •2+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing inventory control environment.
  • •Basic mathematical skills for inventory control procedures.
  • •Knowledge of storeroom methods and shipment methods, with ability to keep receiving and shipping records.
  • •Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, updating inventories/documents, entering purchase order receipts, and printing receiving tags.
