Support daily MRO storeroom operations by receiving vendor deliveries, unloading and verifying packing slips and bills of lading, inspecting items, and logging materials into inventory. Maintain storage locations, compare and measure incoming/outgoing items against records, and deliver materials to designated points. Track and report KPIs such as stock-outs and backorders, while following corporate and regulatory document control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive freight and non-freight vendor deliveries by unloading materials, checking driver documentation (packing slips, bills of lading), and inspecting for damage.
•Receive material into MRO Stores inventory by logging into daily log sheets, filing required documentation, and placing items in designated storage locations.
•Verify shipment information by comparing identifying details and counts/weights/measures against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
•Deliver materials to designated delivery points and ensure receipts are signed per Standard Operating Procedures.
•Provide the MRO Supervisor KPI reports (outbound shipments, stock-outs, deliveries, pickups, backorders, Good Receipts, and Pick Tickets) and follow all document control and compliance guidelines.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•2+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing inventory control environment.
•Basic mathematical skills for inventory control procedures.
•Knowledge of storeroom methods and shipment methods, with ability to keep receiving and shipping records.
•Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, updating inventories/documents, entering purchase order receipts, and printing receiving tags.
