Cost Manager - Data Center Construction Projects, Querétaro

Manage and control costs for data center construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Build and maintain detailed project budgets and cost estimates, track spend against approved budgets, and identify variances with corrective actions. Produce cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for stakeholders and senior leadership, and perform feasibility and cost-benefit studies. Handle contractual cost management and pricing negotiations with vendors, while communicating cost information clearly in English.
