Job Summary

Own and lead channel and product marketing planning and execution across the AP region, driving strategic growth initiatives aligned to regional direction. Partner closely with Tridium global product marketing, channel marketing, engineering, and offering managers to deploy global initiatives and support NPI launches. Gather customer needs from AP, translate them into actionable feedback for HQ teams, and optimize performance using analytics to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead product marketing activities including VOC, product strategy/roadmap, and core positioning for the region.
•Manage and lead channel marketing to provide guidance and ensure successful execution of GTM strategies.
•Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that improve ROI.
•Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media to promote products and services.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product Development, Operations) and with external third parties on partnerships and acquisition opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above with a strong technical background (e.g., computer science, software, Automation Control); Marketing or MBA preferred.
•At least 8 years of experience in Building Automation, IoT, and Automation Controls in commercial or industrial environments.
•At least 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or business development; Channel Marketing and Product Marketing preferred.
•Deep understanding of software features and software architectures, with the ability to explain in both technical and general terms.
•Good understanding of computer systems and IT, including knowledge of emerging cloud computing trends.
