Job Summary

Lead Support Equipment FIAR compliance for Pratt & Whitney government-owned assets, partnering with Fleet Managers, PSPs, Warehouse Operations, and DCMA. Drive inventory accuracy through records-to-floor/floor-to-records audits, reconciliation, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations. Analyze SAP and related system data to identify discrepancies and strengthen internal controls. Develop and report FIAR metrics and support audit readiness across CONUS and OCONUS depot locations while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of three as the primary focal point for Support Equipment FIAR compliance, Government Property Management, audit standards, and internal control procedures.
•Coordinate inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and corrective action plans to maintain inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
•Analyze SAP and SEAL enterprise system data to identify inventory discrepancies, transactional errors, and compliance gaps, then implement corrective actions.
•Partner with Government Property, Fleet Management, Delivery Assurance, Warehouse Operations, and DCMA to resolve inventory issues and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
•Develop and report FIAR performance metrics and oversee inventory accountability across CONUS and OCONUS depot locations, including maintaining asset records and investigating variances to drive corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, government property management, compliance, audit support, or related work.
•At least 3 years of supervisory, leadership, and managerial experience.
•At least 4 years of experience leading projects, continuous improvement initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
•Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
